Chrysler releases details on 2011 Dodge Charger Pursuit police car

The Pursuit is based on the new-for-2011 Dodge Charger that we only recently saw almost completely uncovered in spy shots, and will be offered with either Chrysler’s 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 or 5.7-liter Hemi V8. (What, no Pursuit SRT8?) Naturally, this Charger has been modified to be better suited for police duty, and includes things like heavy-duty anti-lock brakes, front and rear stabilizer bars, a two-mode police-specific stability control system and 18-inch performance tires on steel wheels.
